GUIDELINES ➢ If land is under patent, certification of patent is needed. ➢ The subject lot is not covered by any kind of previously approved isolated survey
➢ The subject is within alienable and disposable land of public domain ➢ That a patent title was issued to the subject matter
GUIDELINES ➢ Include Legal Easement if adjoining lot is a creek or river ➢ If the adjoining lot is a regular lot based on title but is now an existing road, submit tax map for verification ➢ If the road or right of way is less than 2 meters, GE must provide a certification that the road is pre-existing on ground ➢ For PCS and PCN, if the registered owners of the titles to be combined are different, submit consolidation agreement / consolidation-subdivision agreement ➢ If land is under CLOA or Emancipation Patent, the examiner may ask you to submit a copy of the OCT where it originated ➢ Allowable area difference is 1 sq. m. / hectare
